On November 10 the deputy of National Council of the Donetsk city National Republic Alexandra Usacheva took part in a round table "About need of criminalization of the acts directed against mobilization and providing a mode of the martial law or a mode of a wartime" which took place in Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
