The question was discussed on ZSKO committee on the legislation and local government. The decree Governor of the Kirov region offers to fix the right for introduction of one more position of the first Deputy Chairman of Government of the Kirov region. The current legislation demands adjustment, after all it assumes presence of only the one first deputy chairman in structure.
