Today at organizing committee meeting at the Vice-chairman of Government of the Sakha Republic Olga Balabkina are discussed questions of carrying out the VIII Congress of Association of the indigenous small people of the North of Sakha (Yakutia) Republic. Actions of congress will take place from December 9 to December 15 in Yakutsk. "At Congress decisions have to be made, new vectors of work on protection of primordial managing, way and a way of life, culture and traditions of the indigenous small people of the North" are defined, – Olga Balabkina emphasized.
