The American Livent tries to create the world's third producer of lithium

The American company Livent began campaign for advance of offered merges with the Australian Allkem Australian. If shareholders the Australian companies vote at general meeting on December 19 for the transaction worth $10,6 billion announced in May of the current year, in the world the third largest producer of lithium will be created.
