Losses from floods in Region of Tuscany are estimated at €2 billion

The governor of the region Region of Tuscany Jani Eugenio declared that the floods caused by bad weather, led to huge losses of €2 billion. This assessment is based on the data provided by mayors more than 30 affected settlements. Jani Eugenio emphasized that areas Prato and Livorno in Region of Tuscany where heavy rains caused floods most suffered. Tragicly, as a result of natural disaster eight people were lost.
