Libraries Belarus and Russian Federation exchanged youth cultural practicians

On November 9 for the first time at a virtual discussion platform young specialists of libraries Belarus and Russian Federation to submit projects realized by them and to discuss as youth cultural practicians find today the application in activity libraries met.
