Dispute with "Baltic Shipyard" was not succeeded to transfer Wärtsilä Oyj Abp to Europe

Saint Petersburg. Wärtsilä Oyj Abp which delivers the equipment for nuclear ice breakers of the project 22220, could not achieve in court transfer of disputes with Baltic Shipyard in the Chamber of commerce Helsinki. Federal arbitration court of North-Western district decided not to transfer disputes to foreign court. At Baltic Shipyard declared that are ready to initiate arrest of trademarks of Wärtsilä Oyj Abp and to challenge transactions earlier made by it on leaving businesses to Russian Federation.
