Sakha (Yakutia) Republic on permafrost submitted master plans of the cities and villages at exhibition "Russia"

Master plans Yakutsk and Neryungri, prepared at the request of President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, presented at the international Russia exhibition forum on JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "VDNKH". The presentation passed in a course of panel session "The Best Cities Also Sat Down on Permafrost" within Day Sakha (Yakutia) Republic on November 12. Session became the main discussion platform for discussion of questions of managements development territories Far East and Far North in the conditions of subpolar climate. Within the master plan Yakutsk is planned construction 90 objects, including the bridge through Amur River, an interuniversity campus, film pavilion, hotels...
