France refused to Kiev an extradition of the Ukrainian oligarch

The Supreme court France refused to Ukraine an extradition of the oligarch Konstantin Zhevago, reports information agency "Reuters". It is reasoned by that Ukraine cannot guarantee that the oligarch will judge court which can provide the main procedural guarantees and protection of the rights.
