Doomsday discussion: Japan lost in reduction of armaments

Russian Federation breaks off with Japan cooperation on elimination of the nuclear weapon. The agreement existed 30 years, but did not become a marker of friendship about Tokyo. 30 years later Russian Federation and Japan in 1993 signed the bilateral agreement about assistance in safe elimination of nuclear weapons which Moscow had to reduce according to the international or internal decisions.
