District court of the Ahty district of the Republic of Dagestan with participation of the state accuser pronounced a sentence concerning the deputy head of the municipal area "Akhtynsky area". He is found guilty according to p.1 Art. 285 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (abuse of powers of office).
