The president Turkmenistan replaced the ambassador to Russian Federation

The president Turkmenistan Serdar Berdymukhamedov appointed the new plenipotentiary ambassador to Russian Federation. As the local television, Batyr Niyazliev reported is dismissed in connection with transition to other work, reports on Friday the Turkmen television. The relevant decree at the same time exempts the diplomat from duties of the ambassador to Slovenia, Serbia and Bulgaria. Batyr Niyazliev held a post of the ambassador to Russian Federation since the end of 2016.
