Prosecutor's office Mari El Republic in a judicial order achieves compensation of moral harm to the pedestrian who was injured in road accidents. In July, 2020 in Kozmodemyansk there were road accidents when the driver cars brought down the man crossing road on the unregulated crosswalk. As a result the victim got heavy injuries, and the second group of disability on the decision of the medical commission was established to him. The interdistrict prosecutor's office submitted claim to District court of the Gornomariysky district of the Mari El Republic with the requirement to oblige the driver cars to pay compensation for moral harm to the victim.
