The tragedy occurred on November 8 to Kensan-Namdo's Province of South Gyeongsang . the 40-year-old man working in the distributive agricultural center, decided to check operation of sensors of the robot before test start. The new system had to lift itself boxes with vegetables and put on pallets. As a result robot mixed the employee with a box and with a force pressed the top part of his body to the conveyer belt.
