Into Russian Federation can enter a penalty for state property not repayment after a victory at auctions

Government of the Russian Federation with a number of reservations supported the bill (there is on hand "Senatinform") heads of Committee of SF on economic policy Kutepov Andrey and the deputy of the State Duma Vladimir Samokish about introduction of a penalty for evasion of the winner of auctions from signing of contracts purchase and sale of the state and municipal property with the undeclared price.
