Competitions of such level were not held in the regional capital of nearly 30 years Superiority Russian Federation on judo among young men and girls till 18 years started on November 9 in Barnaul. Competitions of such level did not take place in Altai Territory from the middle of the 90th. To the regional capital to battle for a victory there arrived about 800 judoists from 76 regions of the country. Tournament takes place on a tatami of the multipurpose sports Titov-Arena complex.
