In November, 1939 the kayaker Kostenko Konstantin was born. Altapress.ru tells how incidentally chilled feet brought it into the world of kayaks as on superiority of the world its team remained without oar and also as it founded own rowing canal. Kostenko Konstantin was born on November 10, 1939 in Magadan. Parents of future champion worked as drivers and often traveled about over the country. In 1968 Kostenko Konstantin was transferred to the Altai polytechnical institute and moved to live to Barnaul. After universities it served 18 years in GAI Ministries of Internal Affairs.
