To Russian Federation will simplify hereditary transactions with real estate participants of SVO

Moscow, on November 9, LLC "FederalPress". In "United Russia" Party approved the bill of cancellation of duties on carrying out hereditary transactions with real estate the lost participants of special operation. It declared one of authors of the bill, the deputy of State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the vice-chairman Committee po turizmu and to development tourist infrastructure Natalia Kostenko. According to the Russian legislation, successors do not pay services notaries at implementation of property transactions, however real estates it is necessary to pay for registration of each object in Federal Registration Service.
