Experts Public joint-stock company "Sberbank Russia" analysed demand for a preferential mortgage to Chelyabinsk Region in 9 months 2023 and found out, what mortgage programs with state support enjoyed the greatest popularity at Ural residents, the correspondent of news agency "Dostup" reports. So, since the beginning of year the share of a preferential mortgage in the total amount of the housing credits to Sverdlovsk Region reached 46%, in January-September of last year its share made 36%. According to the State support program Public joint-stock company "Sberbank Russia" gave out to South Ural residents of 26 billion rubles – 2,2 times more in comparison with the same period of the 2022nd.
