Coca-Cola, Danone and Nestlé S.A. are accused of misleading ecological statements

The organization for protection of the rights of consumers and two ecological groups submitted the legal complaint to Yevropeyskaya commission concerning assumed "green washing". They claim that bottles are never made completely of the processed materials. Coca-Cola declared that its claims to packing can be proved, and Nestlé S.A. declared that reduces use of plastic packings.
