Directors of municipal authority fined in Republic of Adygea

Prosecutor's office Shovgenovsky district Republic of Adygea carried out an inspection of observance of the legislation on counteraction corruptions. It is established that the local municipal authority employed as the former civil servant, however in defiance of the Federal law "About counteraction corruptions" the new employer did not send to 10-day time the notice of the conclusion with it labor contracts to the representative of the employer (employer) on the last duty station of the worker.
