Armenia took the initiative about creation in the country of the government of the unrecognized Nagorno-Karabakh republic in exile. The leader declared Democratic parties of Armenia it Sarkisyan Aram. According to him, anybody has no rights to disperse government of the Artsakh Republic which was created during a referendum.
