State charge requested for the ex-head Yaroslavl Depzdrava 5 years of a colony

The state accuser during a court session in District court of the Gavrilov-Yam district of the Yaroslavl region requested for the former head Depzdrava Oksana Piklun 5 years of imprisonment in a standard regime penal colony. Oksana Piklun accuse of assignment of someone else's property in especially large size made with use of official position (h. 4 Art. 160 of the criminal code of Russian Federation).
