Criminal case is directed to court about commission by the inhabitant of Khanty-Mansiysk crimes concerning the minor

Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Yugra interregional prosecutor's office Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Yugra approved the indictment on criminal case concerning the 37-year-old inhabitant of Khanty-Mansiysk. He is accused of the commission of crime, the provided item "g" of h. 2 Art. 117 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (torture of the minor). By consequence it is established that accused during the period from August to October, 2023 systematically struck blows with hands and feet to various parts of a body of the 7-year-old boy who is at it in dependence.
