Regional Duma of Ryazan unprecedentedly long does not delegate the representative to Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation National Hural (Parliament) Republic of Kalmykia appointed new senator Bayir Puteev. It candidate the chairman offered Regionalny parlament Mikhaylov Artem, by a majority vote deputies approved appointment.
