Irkutsk regional office "United Russia" Party organized the charitable event "The Best Friend" within which forages for shelters and nurseries where support homeless animals gather. The head of regional office of MGER, the deputy of Legislative Assembly of area Litvinov Daniel brought 20 kg of a forage for cats and dogs.
