The Pseudo-virus participates in a click reaction

Researchers from Germany created a virus of vesicular stomatitis for modeling Koronavirus Koronavirus and other pathogens which can be marked with help a click chemistry. Particles of a pseudo-virus bear S-protein of Koronavirus, containing not initial amino acid, and it enters a click reaction with fluorescent dye. It allowed to visualize bigger quantity of molecules of protein in comparison with methods of immunochemistry and to observe infection by a virus of living cells, including to visualize infection process in three measurements.
