At the request of the prosecutor Oryol Region Timoshin Aleksey are carried out by prosecutor's office an inspection in connection with damage of the old-age oak growing in Pobedy Boulevard of g. Eagle. Oak chereshchaty, growing on crossing of streets October, 28 and Pobedy Boulevard, 1 in Oryol, it is put in 1861 in connection with serfdom cancellation in the Russian Empire.
