The jazz festival takes place in Kaliningrad

The international festival "The Jazz in Philharmonic Hall" began in Kaliningrad. Within the forthcoming week under the arches of historical buildings regional philharmonic hall will pass four concerts of traditional and vanguard jazz music with participation of performers of world level.
