Shots from the video recorder were published on social networks. Accident happened on the route Balakhna – LLC "GIDROTORF". The foreign car was driven by the 41-year-old man. As a result of collision both pedestrians who were in a state of intoxication, were traumatized and were taken to hospital. One victim did not manage to be rescued: he died in medical institution.
