Allianz SE Group closed the transaction on sale parts the Russian businesses – 100% of actions of the Petersburg insurance INSURANCE JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "MEDEKSPRESS" with a network of medical centers "washing clinic". The non-core company "the Union Apart" became the new owner. The cost and terms of transaction of the party do not open, it is known only that it was closed in the fall of 2023 (exact date is not called).
