The prosecutor of Sarapul approved the indictment on criminal case concerning the excavator operator - a loader. He is accused of commission of crime on h. 2 Art. 216 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (violation of the rules of safety when conducting the works, entailed on imprudence death of the person).
