According to the decision of the Governmental commission on questions of implementation of the Federal law of 24.11.2011 No. 324-FZ "About the free legal aids in Russian Federation" (protocol of 25.09.2013) since 2013 in all subjects of Russian Federation is carried out the All-Russian Day the legal aids to children annually on November 20.
