Nine candidates for by-election for the City Council are registered in Novosibirsk

In Novosibirsk there is a registration of candidates for by-election to the City Council on one-mandatory districts No. 40 and No. 49. Nine people are at present registered. Information on it is placed in the state automated Elections system.
