Nearly 2 billion rubles of investments for the past four years were enclosed by the concessionaire in Nizhnevartovsk. Money are directed on reconstruction of the systems providing the city with heat and hot water. In 2019 the Gorelektroset enterprise within the concession agreement took over in control heatnetwork infrastructure of the capital of Samotlor.
