Prosecutor's office of Volgograd region directed to court criminal case about fraud concerning pensioners

Prosecutor's office of Volgograd region approved the indictment on criminal case concerning the 50-year-old inhabitant of the region. He is accused of commission of the crimes provided by h. 2 Art. 159 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (fraud), h. 3 Art. 30, h. 2 Art. 159 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (attempt at fraud). By consequence it is established that the person involved in criminal case during the period from December, 2017 to May, 2023 in the territory of Volgograd and Volzhsky Volgograd Region received from various sources information on pensioners.
