The festival of the European cinema again will unite the audience from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok

The festival of the European cinema will take place online from November 1 to November 15, 2023 and will present in the program the movies of the countries of EU. Opening of a festival is dated for birthday of EU – the Maastricht contract came into force which laid the foundation to economic and political association of the European states on November 1, 1993.
