Prosecutor's office in Kizlyar held the state charge on criminal case about attempt at illegal sale of drugs

District court of the Kizlyar district of the Republic of Dagestan with participation of the state accuser of prosecutor's offices Kizlyar pronounced a sentence concerning two inhabitants of the republic. Depending on a role and extent of participation they are found guilty on h. 3 Art. 30 of the item "g" of h. 4 Art. 228.1 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (attempt at illegal sale of drugs). In a court session it is established that the specified persons left to the neighboring region and got drugs, with a lump more than 220 g, for the purpose of further illegal sale in the territory of the republic.
