Smolny will spend more than 300 billion rubles for development Saint Petersburg

The governor Saint Petersburg Alexander Beglov visited Legislative assembly and submitted to deputies budget the cities. Saint Petersburg are planned to direct 323 billion rubles on development. The governor noted that two years ago such sum made nearly a half all city budgets.
