The producer of supercomputers made bankrupt in last year gave "T-Platformy" to "Baikal electronics", demanding from it 500 million rubles. Thus company wants to compensate expenses on payment of the penalty which has been written out by it by Minpromtorg for violation of obligations for development of devices on the basis of Baikal chips. Earlier department obliged "T-Platformy" to return nearly 3 billion rubles of the subsidies, allocated to the developer on implementation of projects, still in addition half a billion rubles was made by a penalty.
