On September 17 the current year in a call center of Management Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation on Kyzyl with the statement for plunder the local resident addressed. As it became clear, during visit of grocery shop in left-bank country society of Kyzyl the declarant put the cell phone of the <3> ROSO M4 brand on a counter and, having forgotten to take away it, left the room.
