Court cancelled the decision on demolition of a monument of Lenin in the Finnish Turku. But already late

The administrative court decided to cancel the decision of the mayor of Turku Minna Arve about dismantle of a monument to Lenin Vladimir, report on October 30 the Finnish mass media. Judge decided that city manager exceeded the powers when in April, 2022 charged to clean a monument to the leader of revolution because it "causes in citizens strong negative reactions".
