In Tula Region criminal case is directed to court upon attempt at illegal production in underground laboratory of drugs

In Interdistrict prosecutor's office of the Kimovsk district of the Tula region the indictment on criminal case concerning the 27-year-old inhabitant Voronezh Region is approved. He is accused on h. 3 Art. 30, item "and" of h. 4 Art. 228.1 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (attempt at illegal production the drugs, made by the organized group).
