Changes antimonopoly regulations a turn intellectual properties in Federal law of the Russian Federation of 26 July 2006 No. 135-FZ "On the Protection of Competition" can do much harm to the market, such thesis was made by the director of the department of interaction with public authorities, to law-making and regulatory policy of the Russian center of a turn of the rights for results creative activity (RTsIS) Aleksey Sokolov on a round table of Committee on protection of the competition in State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
