Chapter Omutninsk district Alexander Malkov handed over to Polushkin Dimitri and Svetlana Polushkin Dimitri letters of thanks for the shown courage at rescue drowning, unindifference to foreign trouble, for a self-sacrificing act and rescue of human life.
