The government decided to keep quoting of export of fertilizers for half a year — the size of a quota was increased by 4%, to 16,95 million tons. Interlocutors of newspaper "Kommersant" in branch complain that difficult procedure of registration of quotas constrains export, besides that domestic market and is so supplied enough and at the fixed prices. Nevertheless in 2023 export of fertilizers from Russian Federation, by estimates of analysts, can grow by 20%, having come nearer to values of 2021. Minpromtorg suggested to prolong once again a quota of export of fertilizers from December 1, 2023 to May 31, 2024 of 16,95 million tons. Properly...
