Into Russian Federation the law by which penalties for imposing to the consumer of additional goods, works and services are entered comes into force on October 30. The maximum punishment makes 40 thousand rubles. About it it is reported in social networks of State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. In addition, the law provides responsibility for unreasonable refusal in consideration of requirements of the consumer connected with violation of its rights, and for evasion from consideration in accordance with the established procedure such requirements.
