In Head department of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defence, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters in Khabarovsk Territory under the leadership of the chief of territorial body of the lieutenant general of internal service Matvey Gibadulin took place board meeting.
