Budget 2024-26: what future waits the social sphere

In 2024 the share of expenses according to the section "Social policy" will make 21% of all expenditure federal budgets — this minimum value since 2011. The government will cut down financing parts of social payments to Russians that was planned for 2024 in the existing budget. So, will reduce subsidies the unemployed, payments at the birth of the third child and the subsequent children before achievement by the child of age of three years, and also regional surcharges to pension. In what reason of such reduction? On what budgetary appropriations will grow? Whether to count to the population on indexation of pensions and salaries...
