On October 25 Alexander Albychev participated in the All-Russian seminar meeting with heads of financial divisions Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation where the work results for 2023 were summed up. Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation as one of the biggest customers of Federal Treasury (about 20% of served personal accounts fall to its share) took active part in the flagman project of Federal Treasury on centralization of personal accounts in GIIS "Electronic budget".
